By accessing or using CofounderOS you confirm that you are at least 16 years old, have the authority to enter these terms, and agree to be bound by them and by our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.

CofounderOS is an AI operating system for solo founders. Features include Startup Brain (persistent startup context), Decision Room (structured decision support), Execution Roadmap, Weekly Founder Review, Next Best Move planning, and Investor Update drafts. The product evolves continuously; new capabilities are announced on the changelog.

You are responsible for the information you provide at signup, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@cofounderos.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

• Use CofounderOS in compliance with applicable law.
• Do not misuse the product (see Acceptable Use).
• Keep your account information accurate and current.
• Respect the rights of other users and third parties.

You retain ownership of the content you create inside CofounderOS (your Startup Brain, decisions, roadmap, weekly reviews, drafts). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service for you. Content is scoped to your account and protected with row-level security.

CofounderOS uses AI to assist with founder workflows. AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. You are responsible for evaluating AI outputs before relying on them and for any business decisions you make.

CofounderOS can help structure your thinking, but does not provide legal, financial, investment, tax, accounting, medical, or other professional advice. Consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your situation.

Plans are listed on the Pricing page. Subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected period and renew automatically until cancelled from your account. You can cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period and we do not pro-rate partial periods unless required by law.

Your use of CofounderOS is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

You may stop using CofounderOS at any time and request account deletion by emailing legal@cofounderos.com. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law.

CofounderOS is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CofounderOS and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the product. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
