Acceptable Use Policy

• Building and operating your own startup as a solo founder.
• Storing your own startup context, decisions, and roadmap.
• Using AI features to support — not replace — your judgment.
• Drafting investor updates and weekly reviews from your own data.

• Violating any applicable law or third-party rights.
• Uploading content that infringes intellectual property or violates privacy.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code.
• Reselling or providing the service to third parties without authorization.

You may not use CofounderOS to send spam, run phishing campaigns, distribute malware, commit fraud, or impersonate another person or organization.

• No probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of our systems without written permission.
• No interfering with service to any user, host, or network.
• No bypassing authentication, rate limits, or access controls.
• Report suspected vulnerabilities to legal@cofounderos.com.

• Do not use AI features to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or harmful.
• Do not use AI to create deceptive material intended to mislead investors, customers, or regulators.
• Do not attempt to manipulate or jailbreak the AI to bypass safety measures.
• Do not rely on AI outputs as professional, legal, financial, medical, or investment advice.

You may not upload or generate content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, exploitative, sexually explicit involving minors, or that promotes violence or self-harm.

Automated scraping, crawling, or bulk extraction of data from CofounderOS (including other users' workspaces) is prohibited. Programmatic access is allowed only via published APIs and within their stated rate limits.

Violations of this policy may result in warnings, content removal, account suspension, account termination, or legal action, depending on severity. We may cooperate with law enforcement where required.

Report suspected abuse, security issues, or policy violations to legal@cofounderos.com. Include relevant details (URLs, timestamps, screenshots) so we can act quickly.
