This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and trial periods work for CofounderOS subscriptions. It is written in plain language for solo founders.

1. Quick summary
You can cancel any plan at any time from billing settings.
Monthly plans are non-refundable for the current period; access continues until the period ends.
Annual plans qualify for a full refund within 14 days of the initial charge.
Free Starter usage never incurs a charge.
2. Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance for a one-month period. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will end at the close of the current billing period. Partial-month refunds are not provided. You retain full access to the product through the end of the period you've paid for.
3. Annual subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 calendar days of the initial charge. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable but remain active until the end of the paid term. Renewals are not eligible for the 14-day refund window.
4. How to cancel or request a refund
Cancel at any time from Settings → Billing inside the product. For refund requests on eligible annual plans, email support@cofounderos.com with the email address on your account. We typically respond within two business days.
5. Exceptions
Charges resulting from fraud, chargebacks, or violations of the Acceptable Use policy are not eligible for refund.
Custom or invoice-billed engagements follow the terms of the underlying contract.
Taxes, where applicable, follow local regulations and may not be refundable.
